发达国家体育博彩产品质量监控及对我国的借鉴

摘　　要：16世纪开始,以英国、法国、意大利为代表的发达国家体育博彩业迅速发展起来,在博彩业的发行和经营管理方式上都建立了一套相对较为完善监管机制,以立法的形式赋予体育博彩合法地位。这为我国建立完善体育博彩产品质量监控体系具有重要的借鉴意义。Sport gambling in such European nations as England, France and Italy have undergone rapid growth since 16th century. It is therefore natural to see the build - up of complete and effective surveillance system on how to run and adminis- trate this industry. Its legal status was then given through the means of legislation. All these lessons drawn are of great signif- icance to the construction of quality surveillance system for sports gambling in China.
