摘　　要：21世纪是各国"软实力"竞争与博弈的时代。通过文献资料、实地调查、访谈以及逻辑分析等方法,论述民族传统体育在发展中存在困境:(1)理论滞后——民族传统体育发展方向的路标不明;(2)观念陈旧——民族传统体育传播力受阻;(3)普及程度低——民族传统体育影响力缺乏;(4)过度异化——民族传统体育文化认同力障碍。在此基础上,对民族传统体育发展进行了前瞻分析,以期为民族传统体育发展提供参考。The 21st century is the era of competition of ＂soft power＂ of countries . Through literature review, field surveys, interviews, and logical analysis and other methods, the paper discussed problems in the development of traditional national sports, namely ： （ 1 ） theoretical backwardness--the signpost to the development of traditional national sports is vague; （ 2 ） outdated ideas--the transmission power of national traditional sports is blocked ; （ 3 ） low--level popularization--the influ- ence of traditional national sport lacks ; （4） excessive alienation--there is a barrier to the cultural identity of traditional na- tional sports . On this basis, the paper conducted a far - reaching analysis of traditional national sports , with a view to provi- ding reference for the development of traditional national sports.
