摘  要:目的研究Ⅱ型糖尿病大鼠血清和骨骼肌musclin含量的变化,并探讨运动训练对Ⅱ型糖尿病大鼠血清和骨骼肌musclin含量的影响。方法 SD大鼠随机分为正常对照组(C,n=8)、糖尿病对照组(DM,n=9)和糖尿病运动锻炼组(DME,n=10)。检测大鼠空腹血糖和血清、腓肠肌musclin含量。结果与C组相比,DM组大鼠血清胰岛素含量和胰岛素敏感性明显降低,空腹血糖水平显著增加;且血清和腓肠肌musclin含量显著升高;与DM组相比,DME组大鼠血清胰岛素和胰岛素敏感性显著升高,空腹血糖水平显著降低;且血清和腓肠肌musclin含量显著降低。结论 Musclin在Ⅱ型糖尿病过程中可能起着非常重要的作用;长期的有氧运动锻炼可能通过降低Ⅱ型糖尿病大鼠血清和腓肠肌musclin的含量,增加骨骼肌从血液中摄取葡萄糖的能力,从而降低血糖。Objective : In order to explore the changes of muscling content in serum and skeletal muscle of type 2 diabetic rats, and explore the effect of exercise training on changes of musclin content. Methods:SD rats randomly named as the control group( C, n = 8 ) , Diabitie Mellitus group( DM, n = 9 )and Diabitic Model Exercise group (DME, n = 10 ). Fast blood glucose (FBG) , fast insulin(FINS) and muselin in serum and skeletal muscle were measured. Results:Compared with C group, FINS and insulin sensitive index (ISI) decreased significantly, and the FBG increased remarkably in DM group of rats. The musclin content in serum and skeletal muscle in DM group obviously increased. Compared with DM group, FINS content and ISI increased significantly, and the FBG decreased remarkably in DME group. The muslin content in serum and skeletal muscle in DME group significantly decreased. Conclusion : (1)Musclin might play an important role in the process of 2 type diabete. (2) Long term aerobic exercise might enhanced the capability of in - take of glucose from blood by decreasing the expression of musclin concentration in serum and skeletal muscle in type 2 diabetic rats.
