复方锌铁钙口服溶液辅助治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨复方锌铁钙口服溶液辅助治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染的临床疗效。方法选择反复呼吸道感染患儿272例,随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组常规抗感染、对症治疗;观察组在对照组治疗的基础上,予复方锌铁钙口服液治疗。结果观察组总有效率为89.6%,对照组总有效率为68.6%。两组总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论复方锌铁钙口服溶液辅助治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染可显著提高治疗效果。Objective To discuss the adjunctive therapeutic effects of the compound oral solution of zinc,ferrous and calcium on children with recurrent respiratory tract infection.Methods 82 children with recurrent respiratory tract infection were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The control group received routine anti-infection and symptomatic treatment.Besides the above treatment,the observation group was given compound oral solution of zinc,ferrous and calcium.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 89.6%,and that of the control group was 68.6%.There was a significant difference of the total effective rate between the two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion The compound oral solution of zinc,ferrous and calcium has adjunctive therapeutic effects on children with recurrent respiratory tract infection.
