延长油田双S压裂监控软件砂比、砂量计算公式的制定及应用

摘　　要：压裂施工参数的测量是压裂施工中的关键环节,测量系统正常工作与否直接关系到施工的进度、施工安全和施工质量。通过双S压裂监控软件(AccuFrac PC)对砂液比(以下简称砂比)、砂量计算公式的制定及误差分析,使软件能进行准确的测量,并实现了对混砂车砂比的精确控制,保证了现场施工严格按照施工设计来完成,达到了各采油厂的施工要求。Fracturing parameter measurement is a key link in fracturing.Measuring system work properly or not directly related to the progress of construction,construction safety and construction quality.In this paper,using SS fracturing monitoring software（AccuFrac PC）,the ratio of sand to liquid and sand volume calculatio n formula was developed and error was analyzed,so that software can be accurately measured to achieve a ratio of the sand car the ratio of sand to liquid control of accurate,ensure the on-site construction are designed to be completed in strict accordance with the construction,to achieve the requirements of the oil field.
