摘 要:研究了改性介孔硅基材料(以下简称MCM-41)对污水中重金属铜离子的吸附行为。在MCM-41材料中加入Al、Ti两种诱因金属离子来合成新的Al-Ti-MCM-41及Ti-Al-MCM-41改性材料,通过氮气吸附―脱附等温线对Al-Ti-MCM-41(1∶1)样品进行了表征,考察了吸附剂的投加量、Cu2+初始浓度和吸附温度对吸附的影响。结果表明:改性Al-Ti-MCM-41材料的比孔容分别为0.04 cm3/g,由BJH孔径分布计算模型计算得到的平均孔径为17.02 nm,对Cu2+的吸附率达到99.5%;Cu2+的吸附容量和吸附率随Al-Ti-MCM-41介孔材料投加量的增加而降低,随Cu2+初始浓度的增大而提高;温度越高越有利于吸附。Adsorption behavior of Cu(Ⅱ) ions from wastewater of new chemically modified material MCM-41(mobil composition of matters) was studied.Two new kinds of material(Al-Ti-MCM-41 and Ti-Al-MCM-41) have been chemically modified with Al,Ti ions.The sample of Al-Ti-MCM-41(1∶1) was characterized by nitrogen adsorption and desorption isotherms data.The adsorption of Cu2+ on the modified materials was investigated.The effects of adsorbent dosage,temperature and initial concentration on the adsorption capacity were investigated in detail.The results showed that: The pore volume of Al-Ti-MCM-41was 0.04 cm3/g,the BJH (Barret-Joyner-Halenda) average diameter was 17.02 nm.Cu2+ was adsorbed quantitatively to the Al-Ti-MCM-41,and the absorption ratio was 99.95%.The adsorption capacity and removal percentages of Cu2+ decreased with the adsorbent dosage increased but increased with the initial concentration increased.A higher temperature was in favor of adsorption.
