2010年我院156例药品不良反应报告分析

摘　　要：目的了解医院药品不良反应(ADR)报告情况,促进临床安全、合理用药。方法对2010年收集的156例ADR报告,分别从患者性别和年龄、给药途径、ADR出现时间、引发ADR的药品种类、ADR累及器官或系统及临床表现等方面进行分类统计分析。结果 156例ADR多发生于61～80岁年龄患者,女性多于男性;涉及的药品有84种,排序前3位的是抗菌药物62例(39.74%),抗肿瘤药30例(19.23%),中药制剂19例(12.18%);给药途径以静脉滴注为主(108例,69.23%);ADR出现在用药1 h内90例(57.69%);较严重ADR 18例,新的ADR 17例;临床表现以皮肤及其附件损害最常见(57例,36.54%),其次为消化系统(47例,30.13%)及神经系统损害(17例,10.90%)。结论应重视ADR的监测和报告工作,以减少或避免ADR的重复发生,确保临床安全用药。Objective To know the status of adverse drug reactions（ADR） report in our hospital for promoting rational and safe drug use.Methods 156 cases of ADR reported in our hospital in 2010 were collected and performed the statistical analysis by classification in aspects of gender and age,route of administration,occurrence time of ADR,types of drugs causing ADR,ADR involving organs or systems and clinical manifestations.Results Among 156 cases of ADR,most occurred in the patients aged 61-80 years,women were more than men.ADR involved 84 varieties of drugs,the top three places were in turn the antimicrobial drugs（62 cases,39.74%）,anticancer drugs（30 cases,19.23%） and the Chinese medicine preparations（19 cases,12.18%）.The route of administration was mainly intravenous infusion（108 cases,69.23%）.ADR occurred within 1 h after medication in 90 cases（57.69%）.More serious ADR was in 18 cases.The new ADR was in 17 cases.The clinical manifestations of damage to skin and its appendages were most common（57 cases,36.54%）,followed by the digestive system damage（47 cases,30.13%） and nervous system damage（17 cases,10.90%）.Conclusion ADR monitoring and reporting should be paid attention to reduce or avoid the recurrent occurrence of ADR and ensure the safety of clinical medication.
