大黄联合奥美拉唑对老年胃溃疡患者血浆内皮素的影响

摘　　要：目的观察大黄联合奥美拉唑对老年胃溃疡患者血浆内皮素的影响。方法将老年胃溃疡患者100例随机分成两组,对照组用奥美拉唑、克拉霉素、甲硝唑三联疗法治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用大黄治疗。结果与正常组比较,两组患者内皮素治疗前均明显升高,治疗后治疗组较对照组内皮素降低更明显(P<0.01)。结论大黄与奥美拉唑合用更能降低老年消化性溃疡患者血浆内皮素-1水平,临床疗效更优。Objective To investigate the effect of rhubarb combined omeprazole on the plasma level of endothelin（ET） in the aged patients with gastric ulcer.Methods 100 cases of elderly gastric ulcer were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with omeprazole,while the treatment group was treated by rhubarb combined omeprazole Results Compared with the normal subjects,the plasma level of ET in the two groups was increased significantly.Compared with the control group,the ET level after treatment in the treatment group was decreased significantly（P 0.01）.Conclusion Rhubarb combined omeprazole is better to reduce the plasma ET level in senile peptic ulcer with better clinical curative effect.
