摘　　要：《战国策》、《史记》中关于苏秦事迹的记载历来存在错乱、混淆或杂糅的情况。帛书《战国纵横家书》的出土,提供了比较集中的苏秦资料,可以校正和补充这一时段的历史记载,具有较高的史料价值和文学价值。There have always been confused information about anecdotes of Su Qin in the records of Strategies of the Warring States and Historical Records.The unearthing of Book of Warring-States Strategic Advisors provides with more information about Su Qin,which can help to correct and supplement the historical record of this period and has high historical and literature value.
