摘 要:针对油田污水污染物成分复杂、污染性强不适合膜法脱盐的特点,提出用多效蒸发(multiple-effectevaporation,MEE)技术对油田污水进行集中脱盐处理的技术方案。建立了基于MEE的油田污水集中脱盐系统的工艺流程设计计算模型,系统分析了蒸汽加热温度、油田污水温度、浓缩液含盐质量分数及系统效数的影响。结果表明:系统排出浓缩液盐浓度的大小对系统性能的影响很小;降低加热温度、提高油田污水温度,尽管有利于性能系数的提高,但会大幅度增加系统的总传热面积;增加系统效数是增大系统性能系数最有效的技术途径,也是降低系统能耗和运行成本最有效的方法。A multiple-effect evaporation(MEE) based desalination system for oilfield waste water was proposed to combat the difficulties resulted from complicated and strongly polluting pollutants of the waste water in using membrane methods.The complete mathematical model for process simulation and design was developed and the influences of the heating vapor temperature,waste water temperature,number of effects and brine salinity on the system performance were analyzed.The results show that the influence of the brine salinity is very small.Although lowering heating vapor temperature and increasing waste water temperature may slightly increase the performance ratio,these may result in sharp increase in heat transfer area.The most efficient way to increase the performance ratio,reduce the energy consumption and thus reduce the operation cost is to increase the number of effects.Key wrods: oilfield waste water;desalination;multiple effect evaporation;process;mathematical model
