摘  要:利用电化学交流阻抗(EIS)测试技术和Zsimp Win软件拟合技术研究ε-马氏体含量对Fe-30Mn-5Si合金电化学腐蚀性能的影响规律,研究结果表明:在3.5%NaCl溶液中,实验合金的Niquist图均呈现一个容抗弧,随着合金中ε-马氏体含量的增加,容抗弧直径减小;Bode图表明,电极反应过程的等效电路为R(QR),随着马氏体含量的增加,中频区"峰"向低频方向移动的同时相位角平台变窄,且|Z|值降低;当合金中ε-马氏体含量增加到40%时,电极反应电阻Rt减小了266Ω.cm2,代表双电层电容特性的Y0值增加1个数量级;以上均说明马氏体相变促进了反应离子的扩散和迁移,增加了电极反应速度,合金的耐腐蚀性减弱.The effect of ε-martensite content on the corrosion resistance of an Fe-30Mn-5Si alloy as evaluated by using electrochemical impedance spectroscopy and the ZsimpWin software simulation.The results indicate that the Niquist of experimental alloys shows one capacitive arc in 3.5% NaCl solution,the diameter of the capacitive arc is decreased with the increase of the martensite content.A suitable Bode equivalent circuit R(QR) was chosen through fitting,the maximum phase of middle frequency range is shifted to high frequency and the flat roof of phase angle is narrowed,and the |Z| is decreased.The resistance of the electrode reaction Rt is decreased by 266 Ω·cm2,while the value of Y0 which reflects the passive film capacitance is increased by one order when the martensite content increased to 40%,which indicates that the martensite enhances the transfer or diffusion of ions,the speed of electrode reaction is increased,and the corrosion resistence is decreased.
