摘　　要：目的:观察水针刀松解配合TDP神灯照射治疗腰三横突综合征的临床疗效。方法:65例患者均采用水针刀松解加TDP神灯照射治疗。结果:65例患者经治疗后,治愈60例,有效4例,无效1例,有效率98.46%,治愈率92.3%。结论:水针刀加TDP神灯照射对腰三横突综合征疗效显著。Objective：To observe the clinical effect of loosened needle scalpel injection combined with TDP light radiation to treat third lumbar transverse process syndrome.Methods：65 patients were all given the therapy of loosened needle scalpel injection combined with TDP light radiation.Results：After the treatment,of 65 cases,60 cases were cured;4 cases were effective;1 case was ineffective.The effective rate was 98.46% and the curative rate was 92.3%.Conclusion：Needle scalpel injection combined with TDP light radiation can achieve significant effect.
