滋阴活血利咽口服液治疗慢性咽炎的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨滋阴活血利咽口服液治疗慢性咽炎的镇痛作用和安全性。方法:观察滋阴活血利咽口服液对小鼠热刺激痛阈值的影响和对小鼠化学刺激致痛的影响,观察一次灌胃小鼠后所产生的毒性反应及死亡情况。结果:滋阴活血利咽口服液有提高小鼠热板痛阈值的作用,对醋酸引起的化学刺激致痛有抑制作用;20只小鼠在7 d实验期内无死亡及中毒反应发生,小鼠口服滋阴活血利咽口服液的最大耐受量为580 g原药/kg,而此剂量为成人一日临床剂量的239倍以上。结论:滋阴活血利咽口服液具有一定镇痛作用,且有很大的安全性。Objective：To study the analgesic role and safety of ziyin huoxue liyan oral Liquid in treating chronic pharyngitis.Methods：The influence of ziyin huoxue liyan oral liquid on mice＇s heat stimulation threshold and chemical stimulation of causing pain was observed.Mice＇s toxic reactions and death after intragastric administration for one time were also observed.Results：Ziyin huoxue liyan oral liquid could increase mice＇s heat stimulation threshold and prohibit chemical stimulation pain caused by acetic acid;twenty mice had no poisoning reactions and none were dead during 7 experimental days.Mice＇s largest tolerance dose of ziyin huoxue liyan oral Liquid was five hundred and eighty grams active compound per kilogram,which was more than 239 times that of an adult＇s clinical daily doses.Conclusion：Ziyin huoxue liyan oral liquid possesses some analgesic action with great safety.
