三参饮治疗病毒性心肌炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的:研究三参饮治疗病毒性心肌炎的疗效。方法:根据扶正以祛邪,活血消瘀,清热解毒,驱邪外出要的原则,采用三参饮治疗。每日1剂,15 d为1疗程。结果:128例患者痊愈97例(75.78%),基本痊愈16例(12.5%),好转8例(6.25%),无效7例(5.47%),有效率94.53%。结论中医药治疗病毒性心肌炎安全性高,适用性强,效果显著。Objective：To study the clinical effects of sanshen decoction in treating viral myocarditis.Methods：According to the principles of strengthening the body resistance to eliminate pathogenic factors,promoting the blood circulation to remove the stasis,clearing away heat to relieve toxin,and dispelling pathogenic qi outside,Sanshen Decoction was used as the herbal treatment.1 dose was taken per day with 15 days as a treatment course.Results：Of the 128 cases,97 were healed（75.78%）,16 recovered（12.5%）,8 improved（6.25%） and 7 ineffective（5.47%）.The total effective rate reached 94.53%.Conclusion：TCM has a tremendous effect in treating viral myocarditis with high safety and applicability.
