三金片配合中药治疗慢性非细菌性前列腺炎临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察三金片配合前列腺胶囊治疗慢性非细菌性前列腺炎(CUP)的临床疗效。方法:将所有140例CUP患者随机平均分治疗组和对照组。对照组给予罗红霉素和特拉唑嗪,治疗组给予特拉唑嗪、三金片、前列腺胶囊。观察治疗前后临床症状、EPS病原体DNA载量、卵磷脂小体(%)变化情况。结果:三金片配合前列腺胶囊治疗CUP有效率明显优于对照组(P<0.05),且治疗后多项观察指标均有明显改善(P<0.05)。结论:三金片配合中药治疗CUP疗效优于单纯西药治疗。Objective：To observe the clinical effects of sanjin tablet combined with qianliexian capsule in treating chronic nonbacterial prostatitis （CUP）. Method：140 cases with CUP were randomized into treatment group of 70 cases and control group of 70 cases. The control group was given roxithromycin and terazosin and the treatment group were given terazosin, sanjin tablet and qian lie xian capsule. The changes of clinical menifestations, DNA load of EPS pathogen and RLLXT were observed before and after the treatment. Resuits ：The total effective rate of sanjin tablet combined with qian lie xian capsule in treating CUP was obviously higher than that of the control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. And many indexes were improved remarkably after treatment（ P 〈 0.05 ）Conclusion：The efficacy of sanjin tablet combined with Chinese medicine in treating CUP is better than that of pure western medicine treatment.
