自拟头痛方治疗血管神经性头痛50例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察自拟头痛方治疗血管神经性头痛临床疗效。方法:将80例本病患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组50例以自拟头痛方为基本方加减治疗;对照组30例以常规口服正天丸治疗,两组同服1个月。结果:总有效率治疗组为94.0%。对照组为73.3%,两组疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:自拟头痛方治疗血管神经性头痛疗效较好。Objective： To observe the treatment about self-made headache prescription for 50 cases with cluster headache syndrome.Methods： 80 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.50 cases in treatment group treated by self-made headache prescription;30 patients in control group treated by pill of Zheng-tian-wan.Therapy time of two groups was 1 month.Results： The total effective rate was 94.0% in treatment group.The control group,the total effective rate was 73.3% in control group.There was significant difference about the total effective rate between the two groups（P0.01）.Conclusion： Self-made Headache prescription had better effect to patients with cluster headache syndrome.
