摘  要:目的:观察不同产地南板蓝根抗病毒作用的差异。方法:分别建立流感病毒FM1株小鼠感染致死试验模型、单纯疱疹病毒I型家兔、小鼠感染模型等,对比考察不同产地南板蓝根抗病毒药效。结果:湛江、韶关产南板蓝根能明显延长流感病毒FM1株感染小鼠的平均存活天数,减少实验动物的死亡数;江门、湛江、韶关、梅州产南板蓝根能明显改善家兔HSV-1角膜炎病变的第7天、第14天评分值,显著延长HSV-1感染小鼠平均存活时间,明显减轻小鼠急性感染期脑组织HSV抗原阳性表达。结论:南板蓝根具有抗病毒作用,但不同产地有一定的差异,并以韶关产南板蓝根作用较好,湛江、江门产次之,梅州产南板蓝根作用再次。Objective To study the antiviral effect of the Baphicacanthis cusiae Rhizoma et Radix which come from different producing areas.Methods:The animal model that the mice infected with influenza virus FM1,rabbits and mice infected with herpes simplex virus type I(HSV-1) were established,comparing the antiviral effects of different sources of the Baphicacanthis cusiae Rhizoma et Radix.Results:The Baphicacanthis cusiae Rhizoma et Radix which are from Zhanjiang,Shaoguan had significantly extend the mice which infected with influenza virus FM1 survival time and reduce the rate of experimental animals dead;different sources of the Baphicacanthis cusiae Rhizoma et Radix significantly improved the scores of keratitis in rabbits with lesions infected with HSV-1 in 7 d,14 d,significantly prolonged the average survival time of mice infected with HSV-1,significantly reduced brain tissue of mice infected with HSV antigen positive.Conclusion:The Baphicacanthis cusiae Rhizoma et Radix have antiviral activity,there are some differences between different sources,and the role of Shaoguan produce the best,Zhanjiang,Jiangmen produce better,Meizhou production followed.
