摘　　要：[目的]了解妇科择期手术病人的术前需求,探讨其对策。[方法]对420例妇科择期手术病人进行术前需求情况的调查分析,总结病人此时的健康教育需求和开展健康教育的方法。[结果]在生理需求方面,知晓病因、病情现状和术后预后成为病人最迫切需要了解的内容;在心理需求方面,病人普遍关心的问题是主刀医生与手术时间;在社会需求方面,病人最关心的是手术后的恢复及病情发展;病人实际获取健康教育知识的来源为医生、病友及报纸杂志,病人最希望获取的途径为医生、护士。[结论]妇科择期手术病人术前存在生理、心理、社会需求,病房护士应与手术室护士合作,关注和满足病人的需求,进一步提高护理服务质量。Objective：To know about the preoperative demands of gynecologic patients undergoing selective operation and probe into its countermeasures. Methods：A total of 420 cases of gynecologic patients undergoing selective operation were investigated on the preoperative demands and summarized the health education demands of them and carrying out health education meth- ods. Results：In the physiological needs, etiology knowing, disease status and postoperative prognosis became the contents which patients need to know a- bout urgently;in the psychological needs,the questions which patients gener- ally concerned about were surgeon and the operation time,in the social need, what the patients concerned about were recovery and disease developing after the operation^the sources which patient gained health education knowledge in fact were doctor, other patients and newspapers or magazines, and patients would like the ways doctors, patients friends and nurses. Conclusion.gyneco- logic patients undergoing selective operation have preoperative physiological, psychological, and social needs, so the ward nurses should cooperate with nurses in operation room to pay attention to and meet the patientsneeds,improve the quality of nursing service further.
