摘　　要：[目的]探讨黄体酮注射液作为留置导尿管润滑剂在妇科留置导尿中的应用。[方法]将526例妇科住院手术病人随机分为两组,观察组272例,对照组254例,观察组采用黄体酮注射液润滑导尿管,对照组采用无菌液状石蜡棉球润滑导尿管。导尿后24 h、48 h分别留取尿标本进行尿常规、细菌培养。[结果]观察组导尿后24 h尿常规白细胞阳性率低于对照组;观察组导尿后48 h菌尿检出率低于对照组。[结论]黄体酮注射液作为导尿管润滑剂应用于临床,效果优于液状石蜡。Objective：To probe into the application of progesterone injection as lubricants of indwelling catheter in gynecological department.Methods：A total of 526 cases of gynecological surgery hospitalized patients were randomly divided into two groups,272 cases of observation group used progesterone injection as lubricants of indwelling catheter,254 cases of control group took the sterile liquid paraffin tampons for lubricating catheter.The urine specimens were taken for urine routine and bacterial culture respectively at 24h and 48h after catheterization.Results：the white blood cells positive rate of urine routine in observation group at 24h after catheterization was lower than that in the control group;the rate of urine bacteria at 48h after catheterization in observation group was lower than that in control group.Conclusion：The clinical effect of progesterone injection is better than the liquid paraffin as a catheter lubricant.
