摘　　要：[目的]探讨家庭支持对控制中晚期癌症病人癌性疼痛的作用。[方法]将103例病人随机分为两组,对照组56例遵医嘱给予口服止痛剂,观察组47例采取家庭支持干预。8周后评估病人疼痛缓解情况。[结果]观察组有效率为89.36%,对照组为73.21%,观察组有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]家庭成员加入中晚期癌症病人癌性疼痛的管理,能有效缓解疼痛,从而提高病人的生活质量。Objective：To probe into the effect of family support in controlling cancer pain of patients with intermediate-advanced cancer.Methods：A total of 103 patients were randomly divided into two groups,56 cases of control group were given oral analgesics prescribed,47 cases of the observation group accepted the family support intervention.After 8 weeks,the pain relief of patients was assessed.Results：The efficient of observation group was 89.36%,73.21% in control group,so the efficient of observation group was higher than that of observation group（P0.05）.Conclusion：Family members adding in management of cancer pain of patients with intermediate-advanced cancer can effectively relieve pain,thus to improve the quality of life of cancer patients.
