摘　　要：细胞生物相容性评价是生物材料临床应用前必须检测的项目,目前的评价方法主要以细胞毒性试验法为主,国内外标准就细胞毒性试验已有具体的试验原则和试验方法。随着现代细胞生物学和分子生物学技术的进步,细胞毒性评价出现了一些国内外标准尚未收录的新的评价指标和评价方法,本文主要综合常用的评价指标和评价方法及其发展现状作一综述。Cytobiocompability evaluation is essential for any biomaterial before its clinical application.At present cytotoxicity tests are the most used methods for cytobiocompability evaluation.Test principle and test methods have been demonstrated in detail in domestic and international standards.With the rapid development of modern cell biology and molecular biology technology,some new evaluation indicators and methods which have not be included in relevant standards arise.This text dedicates to providing an overview on the popular evaluation indicators and methods for biomaterial cytobiocompability evaluation.
