对完善我国短期外债管理方式的探讨

摘　　要：当前我国饱受国际收支顺差过大、外汇储备增长过快的困扰。考虑到我国经济增长方式短期内难以改变、且短期外债已成为国际投机资本出入我国的主要渠道,因此无论是从改善国际收支角度、还是从防范金融风险角度,我国都应尽快对短期外债管理方式加以外完善。本文在对我国短期外债管理方式进行充分探讨的基础上,提出了相关完善建议。Nowadays our country is suffering a lot from BP surplus and the rapid growth of foreign exchange reserves.Because changing the economy growing style needs long time and short-term foreign debt becomes the main channel of foreign speculate capital into China,we should improve the short-term foreign debt management as quickly as possible.On the base of discussing the current short-term foreign debt management,this article proposes some advice.
