摘 要:采用二苯甲烷型双马来酰亚胺对酚醛树脂进行改性,制备出一种耐热性良好的改性酚醛树脂。采用热重分析法研究了双马来酰亚胺改性酚醛树脂的热分解动力学,并用Kissinger法、Ozawa法、Crane法计算其热分解动力学参数。结果表明,改性树脂的平均表观活化能为376.144kJ/mol,反应级数为0.940,其热分解分为3个阶段,并随着升温速率升高有延迟分解现象。A well heat-resistant phenolic resin modified with bismaleimide was prepared.The thermal decomposition kinetics of the phenolic resin was studied by means of thermogravimetry.The thermal decomposition kinetic parameters were calculated by Kissinger,Ozawa and Crane methods.The results showed that the average apparent activation energy was 376.144 KJ/mol,the reaction order was 0.940.A peak separation was performed to separate the thermal decomposition into three stages,and with the heating rate increases the thermal decomposition was delayed.
