摘  要:室温下,以纯铝箔为基材,采用二步阳极氧化法,在0.3mol/L草酸溶液中制备了大面积的双面氧化铝膜。在氧化过程中,电流呈现降低、升高、平稳、再降低的变化,最后接近于零。X射线衍射结果显示,双面氧化铝膜为无定型结构。扫描电镜结果显示:每面氧化铝膜的总厚度约为50μm,孔径分布为50~100nm。利用制得的双面氧化铝膜为模板可以制备出一维ZrO2和TiO2纳米管/线。该大面积双面氧化铝膜的制备方法过程简单、易控制、重现性好,且形成的氧化铝膜形貌规则,可以作为合成纳米功能材料的模板。A large-area double-faced porous alumina film was fabricated by two-step anodic oxidation in 0.3 mol/L oxalic acid solution at room temperature. The current varied in the preparation process including decrease,increase,maintenance and decrease to nearly zero. X-ray diffraction pattern showed that the anodic aluminum oxide(AAO) film was amorphous. Scanning electron spectroscopic results showed that the pore size of the AAO film was 50-100 nm and the thickness of each AAO film was about 50 μm. One-dimensional ZrO2 and TiO2 nanotubes/nanowires were obtained using the AAO film as template. The fabrication method features simple process,easy control,and good reproducibility. Therefore,the produced AAO films with regular morphology can be used as templates for the preparation of functional nanomaterials.
