摘　　要：城市竞争力是城市产生创造价值的综合能力。提高城市竞争力必须清楚影响城市竞争力的关键因素。必须走可持续发展战略之路,可以从加强宣传,增强全民环保意识,提高资源利用率,控制环境污染等方面着手,其中,推行ISO14000环境管理标准,是许多国家采用的行之有效的措施。本文从城市竞争力要素分析入手,阐述ISO14000认证实施与城市竞争力的关系及其提升策略。Urban competitiveness is general ability of creating value by one city,You must know the key factors the Urban competitiveness if you want to improve it.and take the ways of sustainable development strategies You may that influence choose to step up publicity, enhance environmental awareness, improve resource utilization, control environmental pollution.Among a lot of effective measures, many countries have adopted the implementation of ISO14000 environmental management standards, This paper will analyze the relation between the ISO14000 and urban competitiveness from the Key factors and its upgrade strategy.
