防腐生肌膏对创伤组织中VEGF及bFGF mRNA表达水平的影响

摘　　要：试验以Wistar大鼠为研究对象,通过对皮肤缺损模型大鼠创面组织中VEGF及bFGF mRNA表达水平等指标的检测,初步揭示防腐生肌膏促进创伤愈合的作用机制。试验结果表明,防腐生肌膏能提高创面组织VEGF和bFGF mRNA表达水平,从而可以促进血管内皮细胞和成纤维细胞的增殖和分化,促进创伤愈合。Wistar rat models with skin wound were established.Then the expression level of VEGF and bFGF mRNA were detected to reveal the mechanism of Fangfushengji ointment to promote wound healing.The results showed that Fangfushengji ointment could improve VEGF and bFGF mRNA levels in wound tissues,by which to promote the proliferation and differentiation of vascular endothelial cell and fibroblast,and thus promote wound healing.
