铜离子多极治疗内痔出血537例的体会

摘　　要：目的探讨铜离子多极治疗内痔出血的临床疗效。方法对Ⅰ~Ⅲ度内痔出血患者采用铜离子多极一次性治疗的537例临床资料作回顾性分析。结果铜离子治疗后1个月内所有患者均不再便血。结论铜离子多极治疗对痔出血有止血迅速、缩短治疗时间的临床疗效。Objective To investigate clinical effect of copper ion through multiple electrodes in treating hemorrhagic internal hemorrhoid.Methods Five hundred and thirty-seven patients with I to III grade of hemorrhagic internal hemorrhoid were treated with copper ion through multiple electrodes.All clinical data of the patients was analyzed retrospectively.Results Within one month after treatment,hemorrhage disappeared in all patients treated with copper ion.Conclusion Copper ion therapy through multiple electrodes had quick haemostatic effect on hemorrhagic internal hemorrhoid with the advantage of short treatment period.
