摘　　要：制订大学图书馆发展战略规划,是大学图书馆顺应我国高等教育发展和知识经济时代的要求,是主动适应学校远景发展战略的需要。本文论述了大学图书馆发展战略规划的意义及内涵,制订战略规划的主客观依据,并提出了实施战略规划的策略。To keep up with the development of high education in the era of knowledge-based economy and actively adapt to strategies for schools＇ development in the long run,it is necessary for library of colleges and universities to formulate the strategic plan for development.After discussing the meaning and the connotation of the development strategy plan,and the subjective and objective basis in formulating the plan,this paper also puts forward the tactics in implementing the strategy plan.
