摘　　要：目的:了解揭阳地区小学六年级学生肠易激综合征(IBS)在上学期间与暑假期间的发病率情况。方法:采用群组随机抽样方法,以上次调查的揭阳地区2000名小学六年级学生为基础对象,进行暑假期间IBS的流行病学问卷调查,统计符合罗马Ⅱ标准IBS的暑假期间患病率。结果:符合罗马Ⅱ标准IBS的暑假期间患病率为11.86%。结论:IBS是小学六年级学生的常见病及多发病I,BS在小学六年级学生上学期间与暑假期间的发病率有明显的统计学意义。Objective：To investigate the incidence of epidemiology of irritable bowel syndrome（IBS） of the students of grade six in school time and in the summer vacation in Jieyang area. Method：To do a questionnaire of irritable bowel syndrome on 2000 students in grade six in Jieyang area by using cluster random sampling method,to estimate the incidence of the students who was in line with the Rome Ⅱ criteria in the period of IBS. Result：The incidence rate was in line with IBS Rome Ⅱ criteria was 11.86 %. Conclusion：IBS is a common and frequently-occurring disease among the sixth-grade students and its incidence rate is low.The incidence of irritable bowel syndrome between in school time and in the summer vacation has statistical signification
