摘　　要：能力验证是管理部门对质检机构能力状况和管理状况进行客观考核的一种方法,是对质检机构资质认定的有效性和保持状态的后续监督检查。通过开展能力验证,可以发现质检机构存在的问题并予以解决,提高质检机构的检测能力和检测水平。笔者根据工作实践,简要介绍了绿色食品发展中心对其委托的定点监测机构进行能力验证的必要性、原则和方法。As one of objective checkes on test capacity and management level of the inspection institutes,proficiency testing is a successive supervision of validity and continuity for their accreditation by the authority.It is available to solve the existent problems and to improve test capacity and level for the institutes by means of proficiency testing.The authors briefly presented the necessing principles and methods of proficiency testing for the commission inspection institutes in view of the practice of China Green Food Development Center.
