摘 要:结合武汉地铁虎名区间隧道浅埋暗挖施工地表沉降过大原因进行分析,研究控制地表变形的有效方法,通过数值仿真和试验分析,研究采取地表注浆施工处理控制技术和效果,并提出系列管理措施,为控制浅埋暗挖施工地表变形提供借鉴。通过仿真分析和注浆试验,在软弱地质浅埋暗挖施工过程中,对于洞外对地质条件特别差或埋深特别浅的地段,采取超前小导管注浆和环形开挖留核心土法仍无法控制地面沉降的地段,采用注浆加固隧道上部软弱杂填土层,提高土体的抗渗性及黏结性,增强了围岩土体成拱效应,对控制沉降具有很好的效果,注浆段比未注浆段的地表沉降减少50%~80%。The course of the boring excavation method construction of underground tunnel in city always prone to the problem of large surface deformation.The analysis on the reason of the large surface subsidence of the boring excavation method construction of Humin interzone underground tunnel in Wuhan and research on effective method of the controlling surface deformation have been carried on.Authors make study on adopting technology of construction of process and control for surface grouting and effect by numerical simulation and test analysis and propose series of management measures as reference for controlling surface subsidence caused by construction with the boring excavation method.Through the simulation analysis and grouting test,during the construction process in weak geology,continuous grouting method is adopted in the section where with bad geological condition or shallow buried depth outside the hole or where ahead ductile grouting method and circular excavation method are still not applied to control surface subsidence,after the weak miscellaneous fill upper tunnel is grouting treated,impermeability and cohesion of the soil can be improved,the arching effect of soil around rock can be enhanced,subsidence can be controlled effectively,surface subsidence in grouting section can be reduced by 50% to 80% or more than not grouting section.
