探析农村生源大学生返乡就业问题

摘　　要：农村生源大学生是国家建设与发展的宝贵人力资源,建设社会主义新农村,加快建设小康社会都需要他们的智慧和才干。农村生源大学生毕业返乡就业应以科学技术为依托,以科技人员为纽带,以服务三农为出发点,政府通过运用利益机制引导一批农业科技综合素质较高的人才,尤其是农村生源地的专业技术人才大学毕业后返回农村,为农民提供包括示范、培训、咨询、合作在内的技术服务,从而实现自身价值。针对农村生源大学生返乡就业的问题,深入分析其产生的原因,以及在新农村建设中所起到的作用,并根据农村生源大学生的特点和所受教育的现实状况,提出鼓励他们返乡就业服务的相关措施,以期探索一条解决农村大学生就业问题的有效途径。The rural university student is a valuable human resource for national construction and development,whose wisdom and talent are needed to build new socialist countryside and accelerate the construction of a comfortably-off society.We should rely on science and technology,and take science and technology staff as the bond,serving the Three Agricultures as the starting point.The government should guide the talent with high overall quality of agricultural technology,especially those rural university students to return hometown to provide services,including demonstration,training,consultation and cooperation in order to realize their self value.This paper makes deep analysis of the reasons for the rural university student＇s back-to-hometown employment and its role in constructing new socialist countryside;according to the characteristics of rural university students and the education they receive,this paper also proposes the relevant measures of encouraging them to return hometown to get employed in order to find an effective way to solve university students＇ employment problem.
