摘　　要：提出了我国港口在向低碳绿色港口的发展过程中需要达到的目标系统,该系统包括:港区海水质量、港区空气质量、港区二氧化碳排放、港区噪声排放、港区生物多样性、港区工作安全、港区环境卫生,等七个方面的内容。Research on the target system of low carbon green port will help guide our ports to evolve to a low carbon green direction.This study starts from the target system,preliminarily analyzing and defining the basic elements reached that constitute the target system in the process of development of low carbon green port,including water quality,air quality,noise emission,safety of work,biodiversity of the port and so on.In the process of our ports＇ development to the low carbon green direction,the definitude of this target system has significant practical meaning.
