摘 要:用循环伏安法(cyclic voltammetry,CV)研究对乙酰氨基酚(p-acetaminophen,p-ACOP)与β-环糊精(β-cy-clodextrin,β-CD)包合物的电化学行为,并用电位法和电流法测定了包合物的包合比和包合常数.结果表明,p-ACOP与β-CD形成1∶1型包合物,包合常数Kb=1.67×102 L/mol,与荧光光谱法所得结果一致.p-ACOP与β-CD发生包合作用后,对p-ACOP的电化学氧化具有较强的抑制作用,同时提高了p-ACOP的稳定性.为拓宽p-ACOP在医药工业中的使用范围提供参考.To investigate the electrochemical behaviors of inclusion complex between p-acetaminophen(p-ACOP)and β-cyclodextrin(β-CD).The inclusion ratio and inclusion constant are also calculated.The inclusion complex of p-acetaminophen(p-ACOP)with β-cyclodextrin(β-CD)have been studied by cyclic voltammetry(CV).The inclusion ratio and inclusion constant of p-ACOP with β-CD are determined by potential and current methods.The experimental results of the inclusion complexes are complied with Fluorescence Spectra(FS).The inclusion number of p-ACOP with β-CD is 1∶1,and the inclusion constant is 1.67×102 L/mol,which are similar to the values of Fluorescence Spectra method.It was observed from the experiments that the strong inclusion is existed between p-ACOP and β-CD.The results show that the electrochemical oxidation of p-ACOP is inhibited by β-CD,which can be improved the stability and also provided the theoretic evidence for widening its application in pharmaceutical industry.
