摘 要:研究了糠醛渣对Cr3+的吸附性能.通过低温N2吸附-脱附等温线和红外光谱对糠醛渣的结构进行了表征;室温下,考察了吸附时间、溶液pH、Cr3+的初始质量浓度和糠醛渣的粒径对糠醛渣吸附Cr3+的影响.结果表明,糠醛渣为介孔吸附材料并且表面含氧官能团很丰富;当1 000μm的糠醛渣加入量为1.0g,吸附时间为25min,溶液pH=4,Cr3+的初始质量浓度ρ0=4.9mg/L时,溶液中Cr3+的去除率为84.2%,且随ρ0的增加而增大.糠醛渣良好的孔结构使其作为吸附剂,实现了以废治废的目的.The performance of adsorption of furfural residue for Cr^3+ is carried out.The structure of furfural residue is characterized by the adsorption-desorption isotherm of nitrogen in low temperature and infrared spectroscopy,which show that it’s a mesoporous absorbent material and surface oxygen containing functional groups are abundant.The influences of adsorption time,pH values,initial concentration of Cr^3+ and particle size of furfural residue are investigated.The experimental results show that the removal rate of Cr^3+ in aqueous solution reached 84.2% when 1.0 g of 1 000 μm mesh furfural residue is added,adsorption time 25 min,pH value at 4 and the initial concentration of Cr^3+ is 4.9 mg/L.Moreover,with the increasing of initial concentration of Cr^3+,the amount of removal increased.The good porous structure of furfural residue makes it realize the purpose of using waste treating waste as adsorbent.
