摘　　要：李东垣首倡阴火之说,引发了医学界长期的争鸣,迄今仍未有定论。作者循李氏原意,就阴火说的学术渊源、产生机理、动态规律以及对临床医学的学术价值等进行了探讨,指出阴火说是用以阐释脾胃内伤,气虚发热机理,指导辨证论治为主要对象的学术理论,阴火说从理论到实践都极大的丰富了临床医学。Yin fire doctrine, has long been controversial since it was first proposed by Li Dongyuan. Strictly following the original theory of Li, the author investigated yin fire＇ s academic source, mechanism, dynamic rules, and clinical application. Yin fire doctrine studies the disease cause that is characterized by internal damage of spleen and stomach, fever due to insufficient qi. Yin fire doctrine enriches knowledge of clinical medicine on both theoretical and clinical respects.
