痔血宁合剂在混合痔切除术围手术期应用的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察痔血宁合剂在混合痔切除术围手术期应用的临床疗效。方法:将101例接受混合痔切除术的患者随机分为痔血宁合剂组(n=35)、痔宁片组(n=33)和甲硝唑组(n=33),分别口服痔血宁合剂、痔宁片和甲硝唑片。于手术当天和术后第1～7天口服相应药物,术后每天观察并记录患者的疼痛、排便、创面渗出等症状,进行比较分析。结果:痔血宁合剂在改善出血、创面渗液、疼痛及大便困难等症状方面疗效明显优于甲硝唑组(P<0.05,P<0.01);在改善出血、创面渗液方面较痔宁片亦有一定的优势(P<0.05)。术后三组患者的症状总积分比较,术后第2天至第7天痔血宁组患者的总积分明显低于甲硝唑组(P<0.05);术后第3天、第4天痔血宁组患者的症状总积分亦明显低于痔宁片组(P<0.05)。结论:混合痔切除术后围手术期应用痔血宁合剂可有效缓解术后症状,减轻患者痛苦。Objective：To observe the clinical effects of ＂Zhixuening Mixture＂ applied in perioperative period of mixed hemorrhoidectomy.Methods：A total of 101 patients with mixed hemorrhoids were randomly divided into three groups：＂Zhixuening Mixture＂ group in which 35 cases were treated with ＂Zhixuening Mixture＂,＂Zhining Tablet＂ group in which 33 cases were treated with ＂Zhining Tablet＂,and metronidazole group in which 33 cases were treated with metronidazole.The course of treatment was eight days from operation day to the seventh day after operation.The symptoms of pain,defecation,exudation of the wound and so on were observed.Results：In the aspects of improving hematochezia,pain,exudation of the wound and defecation disorder,the ＂Zhixuening Mixture＂ group was superior to the metronidazole group（P〈0.05,P〈0.01）;compared with the ＂Zhining Tablet＂ group,＂Zhixuening Mixture＂ group showed some advantages in the aspects of improving hematochezia and exudation of the wound（P〈0.05）.From the second day to the seventh day after operation,the total symptom scores of ＂Zhixuening Mixture＂ group were significantly lower than those of metronidazole group（P〈0.05）;on the third day and the fourth day after operation,the total symptom scores of ＂Zhixuening Mixture＂ group were obviously lower than those of ＂Zhining Tablet＂ group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Application of ＂Zhixuening Mixture＂ in perioperative period of mixed hemorrhoidectomy can relieve the postoperative symptoms,and alleviate the suffering of the patients.
