皮内缝合法在会阴伤口中的应用

摘　　要：目的：探讨皮内缝合法在会阴伤口中的应用效果。方法：收集我院行会阴侧切自然分娩的320例产妇资料，按照自愿的原则，会阴皮肤行皮内缝合125例（研究组），丝线间断缝合195例（对照组），观察缝合时间、住院时间及伤KI情况。结果：研究组平均缝合时间5min，对照组平均缝合时间7．5min，研究组48h出院，对照组需住院3～5d；对比两组伤口疼痛、伤口甲级愈合差异均有显著性，线结反应差异无显著性。结论：研究组缝合时间及住院时间短，减少了产妇的痛苦及经济负担，值得推广。Objective：To study the application effect of intracutaneons suturing in perineal wound.Methods ：The data in 320 puerperas of natural birth with lateral episiotomy were collected. According to the voluntary principles, 125 cases （study group） received intracutaneous suture in perineal skin and 195 cases （control group） were performed silk discontinuous suture.The suturing time ,hospitalization time and wound conditions were observed.Results：The average suturing time was 5 min in the study group and 7.5 rain in the control group.The study group was discharged in 48 h, the control group was discharged in 3-5 d.Wound pain and class A wound healing had significant difference between the two groups. The line knot reaction was not significantly different between the two groups.Conclusion： Intraeutaneous suturing has shorter suturing time and short hospital stay,reduce puerpera＇ s suffering and economic burden,which is worth being popularized.
