摘　　要：基础设施是一个国家和地区经济发展的必要前提。基于我国基础设施建设投资存在的问题,结合ABS融资实例分析,围绕ABS融资的关键因素以及在我国基础设施建设中应用ABS融资模式所需解决的问题展开研讨。Infrastructure is a necessary precondition for the development of national and regional economies.According to the status quo of China＇s infrastructure construction investement,through the case studies of ABS financing,the paper researches and discusses the key factors on ABS financing and problems to be solved when ABS financing is used in China＇s infrastructure construction.
