摘　　要：对建筑垃圾资源化产业发展进行分析,构建其产业链模型,并将普遍应用于国内外基础设施建设的PPP模式引入建筑垃圾资源化产业。对PPP模式应用于该产业的可行性进行论证,在此基础上结合建筑垃圾资源化产业的特点,探讨PPP模式应用于该产业的运行机理和保障措施。The PPP pattern,which has been widely applied in the area of infrastructure construction both at home and abroad,is introduced into the resource industry of construction and demolition waste（CD Waste）,through industrial analysis and the construction of industrial chains.The reliability of PPP pattern in the application of the resource industry of CD Waste is expounded and proven.In addition,based on the features of resource industry of CD Waste,the running mechanism and supporting measures of PPP pattern are discussed.
