摘　　要：推进房地产业的低碳化,对实现国家低碳经济发展目标具有重要意义。在界定房地产低碳经济基本内涵的基础上,分别讨论基于产业链整合的房地产低碳开发模式和房地产低碳消费模式,指出目前发展房地产低碳经济的制约因素,并提出发展房地产低碳经济的相关政策建议。It is of essential importance to develop low-carbon real estate for realizing the overall national objective of low-carbon economy development.Based on the intrinsic definition of low-carbon economy of real estate industry,the low-carbon development model and its consumption model of real estate in the integration of industrial chain are discussed respectively.The paper points out the impedimental factors related to low-carbon economic development of real estate industry,and puts forward relevant policy recommendations for developing low-carbon economy of real estate industry.
