摘　　要：本论文根据我公司莞惠地铁复合型土压平衡盾构机的组装生产经验,分析了盾构机铰接系统的特点、工作原理以及铰接系统在盾构姿态调整中的应用,最后利用AMESim软件对铰接液压系统进行建模仿真,并对液压阀组的工作特性进行分析。In this paper, according to the assembly and manufacture experience of our companys Gan-Hui subway complex earth pressure balance shield,analysis the features ,working principles and application of the articulation system to the adjustment of the position of shield, finally, use AMESim software to model and simulate the articulated hydraulic system, and analysis of the working characteristics of hydraulic valves.
