摘　　要：目的探讨自体阔筋膜后颅凹硬脑膜扩大修补的临床可行性及特点。方法回顾分析25例患者术后情况。结果 25例采用自体阔筋膜后颅凹硬脑膜扩大修补的患者无1例出现相关并发症。结论自体阔筋膜后颅凹硬脑膜扩大修补具有临床可行性及独特优点。Objective To explore the characterististic and feasibility of posterior fossa dura＇s enlargement repairation with self＇s fascia lata femoris.Methods Retrospective of 25 patients′s condition after operation.Results 25 patients without related complication.Conclusion Self＇s fasia lata femoris in enlargment repairation of posterior fossa dura has clinical feasibility and special advantages.
