摘 要:鉴于煤矿井下环境的特殊性,矿用本安开关电源须稳定可靠,以降压型开关变换器为例,并基于输出电压包络和电感电流的波动频率远低于变换器的开关频率的假设,通过建立输出电压的2阶微分方程,对连续导电模式下变换器的稳定性进行了理论分析,根据胡尔维茨稳定判据得出了系统稳定和产生低频波动的条件。采用SPICE仿真验证了前面的理论分析,结果表明,前述理论是正确的。In virtue of complicate mine environment,mine intrinsic safe switching power supply must be kept stable and reliable.Step-down converter is taken as an example and based on the assumption that frequency of output voltage envelope and inductor current envelope is far less than switching frequency,second-order differential equation is established,then stability is analyzed in s field,finally stability requirement and low ripple frequency requirement is deduced based on Hurwitz Stability Criterion.The theoretical analysis is verified by SPICE simulation results.It demonstrates former conclusion is correct.
