摘  要:通过对采煤机滚筒装煤能力分析,选取影响滚筒装煤性能的关键因素。基于相似理论设计微缩采煤机沙盘模型进行装煤效果对比试验,对滚筒转速、牵引速度与轮毂外形角度3个不同条件下的采煤机装煤效果进行实验,采用正交设计方法获得实验数据。利用偏最小二乘回归方法PLSR在模型参数辨识中的优势,辨识出装煤效果模型。仿真结果表明该方法不但可以准确地建立适用于不同条件下的滚筒装煤效果评估模型,同时具有实验简单,次数少,模型预测能力强,模型参数物理意义明显等特点。Select some critical factors that contribute greatly to loading performance of Shearer drum based on theoretic analysis.The relevant abbreviated models are designed to make Loading process experiment in different conditions according to analogy theory.Select drum rotated speed,haulage speed and angle of drum hub to be variables of models.Experiment data are gotten by orthogonal method and model identification are finished by Partial Least Square Regression method to get model's coefficients.The results of simulations and experiments prove that this kind of method not only can build model of loading performance correctly and effectively but also have advantages of fewer experiments,less amount of calculation,stronger ability of model forecast.The coefficients of regression model have more actual directional meaning.
