基于PLC的邢东煤矿井下选煤系统的设计与应用

摘　　要：针对目前煤矿选煤系统存在的问题,基于S7-300PLC开发了一套井下选煤排矸控制系统,同时给出了该系统的流程图、设计原理、上位机系统集控、下位机程序设计。实践证明该系统具有较高自动化控制水平,保证选煤过程的安全稳定运行,获得较好的社会和经济效益。In view of the present problems existed in the coal preparation system of the coal mine,developed a control system for underground coal preparation and rock spoil removal system based on S7-300PLC,and gave the flow chart of the system,design principles,centralized control of superior machine,program design of lower computer and so on,the practice proved that this system has increased automation control level and ensured the safety and reliability of coal preparation,what＇s more,obtained good social and economic benefits.
