摘　　要：为了实现矿用乳化液浓度的在线检测,以及对检测数据的异地显示和管理,设计了乳化液浓度在线检测系统。系统采用超声波乳化液浓度仪,利用RS485串口总线进行远距离数据传输,阐述了系统的硬件电路设计和上、下位机软件设计。经过调试实验,达到了设计要求。In order to detect concentration of emulsion on line,and in order to show and manage detection data in PC,the system of detecting emusion is designed.The ultrasonic concentration instrument is adopted.The detection data is transferred to PC by RS485.The design of hardware and software of PC is detailed described.Debugging and experiment indicate that system meets design requirement.
