摘　　要：以粉煤灰和河泥配合给水厂污泥燃烧灰、砂等为原料制作路面砖。通过研究试验和正交设计,分析了不同原料对路面砖抗压性能的影响,以及焙烧温度对路面砖抗压、抗折性能的影响,给水厂污泥燃烧灰掺量对路面砖密度、吸水率的影响。解决了路面砖开裂问题并优化了路面砖性能。River silt,fly ash and sludge residue ash from water supply plant are used as raw material to make paving clinker.Through orthogonal test,the paper analyzes the influence of different material on the compressive strength of paving clinker,the firing temperature on the compressive strength and the transverse strength,the sludge residue ash on the density and the water absorption of paving clinker.So that optimizes the performance of paving clinker and prevents the paving brick from cracking.
