摘　　要：针对VRF空调系统的特点,研究了其能耗计量和计费的方式及特点,提出了VRF空调分户计费系统的体系架构,开发了基于BACnet标准的VRF空调分户计费系统。这种计费系统具有成本低、计量科学、计费公正合理的特点,并且可以通过Web页面和BACnet标准接口分别实现远程访问和与楼宇管理系统(BMS)集成。According to the characteristics of VRF air conditioning system,studies the method and feature of its metering and charging,puts forward an architecture of VRV air conditioning metering and charging system,and develops a VRF air conditioning metering and charging system based on BACnet standard,which is of low-cost,scientific and fair.Moreover,remote access and system integration to building management system（BMS） can be realized on Web technology and BACnet standard interface respectively.
