摘 要:以勃氏甜龙竹、缅甸龙竹、龙竹、油簕竹4种丛生竹的2、3年生茎秆作为试验材料,分别采用不同竹种、年龄、解淀粉芽孢杆菌的浓度为因素和水平,采用L8(4×24)混合水平正交试验设计进行埋节试验。结果表明竹种和解淀粉芽孢杆菌是影响生根的主要因素;试验最佳处理组合为A3B2C2,即用3.2×106CFU/mL的解淀粉芽孢杆菌处理3a生油簕竹,其生根率、生根数量、平均一级侧根长度、一级侧根径粗度分别为85.6%、38.89根.丛-1、19.82 cm、1.08 mm。方差分析结果表明竹种对生根率、生根量、一级侧根长度和径粗度的影响达极显著水平,同时解淀粉芽孢杆菌对一级侧根长及其径粗具有极显著的影响。The 2-and 3-year-old maternal culms of four sympodial bamboo species(Dendrocalamus brandisii,D.birmanicus,D.giganteus,Bambusa lapidea) and Bacillus amyloliquefaciens solutions of different concentrations were used as test materials,a L8(4×24) mixed-level orthogonal experiment was designed to explore the influences of bamboo species,ages and solution concentrations on the rooting abilities of raising seedlings.The results showed that the bamboo species and Bacillus amyloliquefaciens were the main factors influencing the rooting abilities.The optimal treatment combination was A3B2C2,i.e.,3.2×106 CFU·mL-1 B.amyloliquefaciens solution treated 3-year-old culms of B.lapidea,in which the rooting rate,root numbers per clump,length and diameter of primary lateral roots were 85.6%,38.89 roots per seedling,19.82 cm and 1.08mm,respectively;The ANOVA results indicated that the rooting rate,root numbers per clump,the length and diameter of primary lateral roots were significantly influenced by bamboo species and B.amyloliquefaciens.There were significantly different effects of B.amyloliquefaciens solution concentrations on the length and diameter of primary lateral roots.
